Learning about Learnin' - Dylan Wiliams Most of the feedback is the least helpful. Good feedback causes thinking. First thing they do is think. Student motivation shows when faced with a task- either protect or engage to develop. Give feedback that helps them move forward that ability is incremental. Move on rather than praise.
